- 1/3 cup Protein & Fiber Booster
- 2 cups Apple Juice
- 1 cup Spinach
- ½ Avocado
- 1 cup Chopped Green Apple
- Chop apple into cubes.
- Cut avocado in half.
- Wash, rinse and drain spinach.
- In a blender, add the following:
- Apple juice
- Add protein powder and fiber booster
- Blend thoroughly
