This healthy smoothie makes for the perfect breakfast on the go. It also makes a great morning or afternoon snack. If you are SHREDDING for the summer use this recipe for a post workout treat!
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups Almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups of ice
- *dash of cinnamon
I add all of the ingredients into the blender with the exception of the ice and blend well. I remove the lid and add ice and blend again.

- 13.5 grams of protein
- 39 grams of carbohydrates
- 2.5 grams of fat
Beastly Recipe Notes
You can exchange the banana for a fruit of your choice. I just prefer bananas. Try 1 cup of strawberries or 1 cup of blueberries. You could replace the Almond milk with Rice milk.
This makes two shakes. You can either share it or refrigerate the other half and have it later in the day when you need a pick me up.
