For those unfamiliar with you, can you tell us a bit about your background and how you got involved in the fitness industry?

I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I played basketball, volleyball, swam competitively and competed in track. In college, I played basketball and ended up blowing out my knee. After surgery while rehabbing it in the weight room, I fell in love with the gym, and I wanted to make it a career.

Tell us a little about being a nutrition coach at KO Fitness.

It is the most amazing job! I am able to help girls from all corners of the world. Too many females, as well as males do not have a proper understanding of nutrition. Through coaching, I am able to assist them with their physical health and their mental health; they gain self-confidence and have a healthier relationship with food.

What’s the one thing you look forward to treating yourself to after a competition?

I’m a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup addict; it’s always my go to treat!


How did you become involved with Magnum Nutraceuticals? And tell us a little bit about the demos and what you love most about them?

Magnum approached me after hearing about me from a local supplement store, Rush Nutrition. I had been using Magnum products for years, and I am honored to represent them.


I love informing people at the demos on ways to take their physique and training to the next level through proper supplementation.

You recently had the opportunity to train with Magnum’s President, Markus Kaulius, tell us a little about that experience.

It was awesome; Markus’s energy is like no one else’s! He really lights up the room and gets you motivated! When I was talking to him, I could truly see the integrity he has and the passion he has for his products and company. The whole experience left me even more honored than before to represent Magnum.

What’s your secret to keeping such a lean physique?

I’ve been an athlete all of my life, and I love to challenge myself and work hard in the gym.


My work ethics, along with a proper reverse diet after a show, allow me to stay lean year round.

Recently on Facebook, you were brave enough to share a post where someone had made a rude remark about your physique. I was very impressed with how you handled yourself. Would you like to tell us a little about that and how it makes you feel? Also how would you encourage others that may not have as much confidence as you?

I made the post to hopefully educate others. I am blessed with self-confidence because I am truly happy with myself. However, I do know there are millions of people out there who lack self-confidence. If this individual said a rude remark to one of those individuals, it could have truly affected them negatively.


I always try to portray a positive attitude through my social media.

It’s so important to be happy with your own life and not worry about others.

When people are truly happy with themselves, they don’t feel the need to bully others; in turn, when they are bullied, they will not be devastated because they are content with themselves.

Where do you get your fun loving sense of humor from?

My mom, auntie and my cousins; we’re all a bunch of goofballs!

What does your current diet look like?

I do follow a diet referred to as ‘IIFYM,’ so my diet changes daily. However, my most common days look something like this:

Keltie’s Daily Diet

  • Meal 1: ½ Cup Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 10 Ounces Zucchini, 2 Ounces Fried Onions, 4 Ounces Potatoes, ½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil, 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin or 1 Bagel and 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter, Peanut Butter or Butter
  • Meal 2: (Pre-workout) 3 Ounces Sirloin, 6-8 Ounces Yams, 5 Ounces Squash, 5 Ounces Zucchini, 1 Ounce Onions and ½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • Meal 3: (Post Workout) 1 Scoop Quattro and 1 Cup Frosted Flakes or Cinnamon Toast Crunch
  • Meal 4: 3 Ounces Chicken, ¼ Cup Oatmeal, 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter, ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree, 5 Ounces Carrots and 5 Ounces Peppers
  • Meal 5: 1 Cup Berries and Protein Cheesecake

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without? And how do you handle cravings?

Steak or peanut butter! I keep myself busy, when I’m constantly on the go, I don’t have time to think about cravings. I also eat big meals which keeps me full.


I only have 3-4 big meals a day, rather than most people in the fitness community who consume 5-7 smaller meals.

Do you have any special beauty tips you’d like to share?

Moisturize! Your skin is the largest organ, so take good care of it.


I am constantly moisturizing my face and body; it makes all the difference in the world!

What are your hobbies and interests outside of the fitness industry?

I am currently finishing up my Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing. Business is my second passion; you can always find me reading The Business Insider and other similar publications.
