  • 16 ounces coffee brewed
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1 Tbsp black strap molasses
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter chunky
  • 1 scoop protein powder chocolate
  • 1 cup ice-cream vanilla

Beastly Instructions

  1. Brew coffee the night before.
  2. Let coffee cool.
  3. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Add chilled coffee to blender.
  5. Toss in banana.
  6. Add molasses, peanut butter and blend.
  7. Remove lid, add protein powder; blend.
  8. Add ice-cream; blend.
  9. Blend until milkshake consistency.
