When it comes to weight loss, nutrition is paramount. If you claim you’re eating ‘pretty good,’ but not getting results; it’s time to reevaluate what you’re eating. Foods that are organically grown, without harsh chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, steroids or antibiotics are best. Simply put if you can’t pronounce what’s in your food, don’t eat it.
