Shoulder Workout For Women: Bolder Shoulders For Summer

For those of you who want to look super hot in a sun dress this summer; this workout is for you.

Do this amazing workout 3 times a week to get the shoulders everyone will be envious of. This is a simple yet effective workout; you will be in and out of the gym in a snap.

  • 10 Dumbbell Press 3×10 reps
  • 15 Front Raise *plate 3×15 reps
  • 10 Barbell Bent Over Row 3×10
  • 15 Super Woman’s *plate 3×15

Select a weight you can manage for 8-10 repetitions. Rest only 30-60 seconds between sets; move on to the next exercise resting only as long as you need to recover.

For the ‘super woman’s, bend at the knees and lean forward. Starting position; weight plates at your sides, raise the plates as if you were flying, squeeze your blades and hold for a count of 3 seconds. This exercise makes for a great finisher.

For best results do this work out 3 times a week on nonconsecutive days.
