Foods and spices that warm the Kidney: Yang


Individuals who are deficient in yang usually tend to be slower moving and become easily chilled. If you’re an active individual, your body produces a catalytic spark which generates yang. Activity assists in quickening the metabolic process. The same concept can be applied to the foods we eat; yang foods are strengthening and warming in nature. Below is a short list of yang foods to help get you started.
